I spend the last twenty years in business, observing and managing people who do things, and it is important to know when people can execute something like this -- it is the person who stakes his reputation and gets things done, and not the critique that should have a marble statue.
No monument of honor has been erected for the critique, but the person who takes risks, executes and get things done.
